Libraries hold the key to the treasure of knowledge. These institutions broaden the outlook among the readers, and they make the people aware of the world outside their immediate boundaries. This is particularly beneficial to the children and youth of the area to expand their horizon of knowledge and complement and supplement their regular education in schools and colleges, respectively. One of the features of advanced societies is to have libraries available and accessible to people.
In this project, the objective is to build libraries in villages, schools, and other locations which are deprived of the library facilities. The aim is to help citizens inculcate reading habits and improve their knowledge and information base. The long-term goal is to develop these centers as hotspots of educational activities that will bridge the knowledge and information barrier between the priviledged and the underpriviledged.
