There is an increasing gap in India between ‘haves’ and ‘have-not’. One of the ways of reducing this gap is to transfer resources from the privileged to the ones who are not so. This can be done ‘collecting old items’, ‘processing those (if required)’ and ‘delivering to the needy’. This will ultimately reduce the resource use through recycle and reuse. This initiative is designed to create a market for old reusable items so that these items find their deserving destinations. This gives personal satisfaction to the people who donate their old belongings. The old items can be given free in case of relief, or given with extremely affordable price to the needy (as we understand a free good is hardly valued). The revenue from the project can help in generating some employment and making the initiative to be financially sustainable.
